He had no issues contacting both my husband and I and keeping us completely up to date throughout the entire process.
He was able to meet with us on numerous occasions outside of standard hours and we never felt like a burden. And when he said he would call with an update, he always did and we never had to chase him.

Warm, Welcoming and Easy going

I recently got approved for a property through Howells Property Management team. My experience so far has been incredible.
In particular, Hannah went above and beyond in order to get myself and my daughter into the property, which was a huge relief after searching and applying for multiple properties for nearly 10 weeks.
Nothing was too big of a problem, and I appreciated it.
Hannah even answered my phone call on a weekend in response to a problem that needed attention that couldn't wait till Monday, despite the Howell Property Group not being open on weekends.
Hannah is professional, yet warm and friendly, and clearly understands the human element involved in a successful tenancy.
